So I just ordered a Factory Team TC5 and plan on building it over the winter. I do intend on going brushless with it, most likely something in the Mamba area so I can tweak it. I do have some questions concerning tires and wheels. Mainly whats a good Tire and Wheel combo I can use that will work well in a regular parking lot? Been staring at the nice big list of what HPI has and honestly I don't know what I should be looking for, foam tread slick etc etc etc.
Any help on this is appreciated, thanks!

I would suggest rubber (treaded or Slick) dependant on the "parking lot" surface type.
If its smooth asphalt (and I mean SMOOTH) you may get away with foams which by far offer the most traction.. If the surface is grainy to rough stick with rubbers, Foams chunk, and are expensive over the course of a days run...
There are dozens to chose from.. Treaded rubber:
Venom Magnetics (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXHUM6&P=0)
HPI X Pattern (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXLST4&P=0)
Slick Rubbers: SpeedMind Sorex (http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_83_556/products_id/10770)
ofcourse with Foams, get anything with a High Shore rating so they last a bit longer... But for best handling/set up, you would probably need to True them to the proper diamater aswell.. more hassle then its worth unless your on a race type surface.

Awesome, thanks for the links! Just gotta wait for some parts to come in the mail now. Was in the process of building the differentials and I managed to strip one of the adjustment nuts, yay me. These differentials are a pain to put together.

Another option you may want to run with is the under chassis protective coating..
they make various models for various cars.. but you may aswell just go down to your local office supply store and get the basic same thing (Self sticking plastic sheet) commonly used for laminate projects. You'll be able to chose from different mil grades (thickness) and its usually much cheaper. .. Protect your carbon fiber from the chips and s****s from the parking lot.
