Trinity P2K.... good motor?

I just got a Losi XXX-T that came with a Trinity P2K motor, is this a good motor still? And anyone have an ESC suggestion?

Yes, its still a good motor. But to keep in top working condition (as with any stock motor) it requires maintenance. General cleaning... turning the comm, new brushes, springs etc.

I clean them up after every 3 heats! Depends on how you use it!

Sorry, I forgot, about the ESC. If you can find a Tekin 11 something, a Novak Cyclone (E-bay) they would be a cheap alternative to some of the ones they have on the market today. Will be good for bashing, and racing, for starters!
