Well, I had pretty good luck with the Novak last season. The only issue I had was the shaft separating at the last race. Two other guys that were running the Novak had several issues. Anyway, Novak was gracious enough to replace the entire system over the winter. I finally had a chance to get out to the track this past weekend for my first race of the season, with the brand new 6.5 system...........5 minutes into my first practice it started losing power.......i pulled it off the track and by the time I got off the stand to my truck it was pooring white smoke from under the shell......the ESC was cooked. A buddy of mine had some major issues with all three of his systems a couple of weeks ago and was at the track for his first run with the Mamba system.......he finished 5th in the Pro Truggy class.......I was sold. I should be receiving my Mamba system in the next week or so. I will be posting some results once i get it going on the track.

Good to hear you made the transition, you'll find the M.M.M. has even more power with the same batterys over the HV.

I finally had a chance to get out and race with the new system and it rocks! It was also cool to have 10 ERevos (I think) on the track at the same time. That was some of the closest racing we have had in a long time. I ended up in 4th, but TQ'd and won both the Spec Slash class and 1/10 truck. 1/10 was cool because it was my first time out with a new AE T4.

That is a Proline Desert Rat body I ran a couple of years ago. Last year I ran the Majestic Twister.......this year I am running the new Proline Slip Stream....

JConcepts does have some cool lids, but the cooling aspect of the Slipstream is what I really like. They work great!

The M.M.M You Have To Know How To Set It Up Or You Will Burn it Up.
